What shipping methods are available?

We use Russian Post for worldwide delivery and CDEK or Dostavista for delivery within Russia. The shipping cost will vary for each country and depend on delivery option you select. Here are some guidelines:

  • Moscow (regular): 120 
  • Moscow (same day): 520 
  • Russia: 220 
  • CIS, Ukraine and Georgia: 220 
  • The Rest of Europe: 350 
  • Asia, Americas and Africa: 380 
  • Australia and Oceania: 380 
How long will it take to get my package?

Delivery terms depend on your country and city of residence. Here are some guidelines:

  • Moscow: 2-3 days / same day
  • Central Russia: 2-4 days
  • The Rest of Russia: 4-12 days
  • United States and Europe: 1-2 weeks
  • The Rest of the World: 3-4 weeks
Is there a self-pickup?

The self-pickup option is currently available within Russia only. Your item can be collected at any of more than 1 000 CDEK offices across different regions. You’ll be suggested to choose one on a map during the order process.


How do I pay?

We accept Apple Pay and Google Pay, also Mastercard, Visa, Union Pay and MIR. We never store your billing data like bank card number, security code and validity period/expiry date.

Can I pay upon delivery or self-pickup?

The option of paying upon delivery by cash or with your bank card is currently only available within Russia.

Orders & Accounts

How do I place an Order?

Select an item and put it into the cart. When you press «Checkout», you will be asked you to enter your personal information including address and payment method. After pressing «Place order» button you will be redirected to the bank site, where payment will take place. Then, you will return to Leta where we will confirm that your payment went through.

How can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or change your order before it is shipped. After the order has been handed over to delivery, we cannot interact with the delivery process. As a rule, orders are dispatched within 1-2 days after a purchase is made.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Registration is not necessary but could help you to have a list of all your purchases in one place.

How do I track my order?

After your order is dispatched, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number. You’ll be able to track your order live, including its location of and processing status.

How do you handle my personal data?

By submitting any personal data to us, you agree that it will be handled in accordance with the Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, passed on July 27, 2006, as well as the European Union “General Data Protection Regulation” (GDPR). Our detailed Privacy Policy can be found here.

Warranty & Returns

Is there a warranty?

We offer 12 months warranty, from purchase date, on any manufacturing defect that may occur. Please note that our company has sole discretion to determine what qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

What is the return policy?

According to the Russian law, jewelry can only be returned in case of manufacturing defect, no later than 6 months after purchase. We extend this to 12 months and this applies to all of our items.

How can I return a product?

To request a return, email us at order@leta.st. Please include several photographs of your item and your order number. In the event of a return due to manufacturing defect we will pay for all shipping costs. Once we receive the item, it will take us up to 5 business days to process a refund to your card or account.
