What shipping methods are available?

Depending on the country of destination, we use CDEK, DPD or Russian Post. More information is available when making the order.

The shipping cost will be calculated automatically when placing your order and after entering your country. Shipping will vary for each country and depend on delivery option you select. Here are some guidelines:

  • Moscow: €2 (₽120)
  • Russia: €3 (₽220)
  • CIS, Ukraine and Georgia: €3 (₽220)
  • The Rest of Europe: €5 (£4 or 6 CHF)
  • Asia, Americas and Africa: €6 ($6,60)
  • Australia and Oceania: €6
Is there a self-pickup?

Yes, your item can be collected free of charge in our showroom in Moscow.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to customers all over the world and each country has different rules and regulations. Please remember that you may be charged inbound duties and taxes for jewelry purchased online which your local customs authority deems appropriate.

How long will it take to get my items?

Delivery terms depend on your country and city of residence. Delivery to Moscow takes 1 day, delivery to central regions of Russia – 2-3 days, rest of Russia – up to 10 days. Delivery to Europe takes 1-2 weeks and delivery to the rest of the world can take 2-3 weeks.

Payment

How do I pay?

On our site we accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Alipay, Mir and PayPal. Please note that payments with cards issued by Russian banks available only in Russian roubles.

Can I pay upon delivery?

The option of paying upon delivery by cash is currently only available within Russia.

Can I pay upon self-pickup?

Yes, in our showroom in Moscow we accept cash and bank cards, including Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Alipay and Mir. Please note that we only accept Russian roubles by cash.

Orders & Accounts

How do I place an order?

Select an item and put it into the cart. When you press «Checkout», you will be asked you to enter your personal information including address and payment method. After pressing «Place order» button you will be redirected to our bank site, where payment will take place. Then, you will return to Ambery where we will confirm that your payment went through.

How can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or change your order before it is shipped. After the order has been handed over to delivery, we cannot interact with the delivery process. As a rule, orders are dispatched within 1-2 days after a purchase is made.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Registration is not necessary but could help you get future discounts on new jewels.

How do I track my order?

Every order can be tracked on this page. To track an order, enter your purchase number and e-mail. Depending on your country, an additional tracking number may be provided. This needs to be entered on your local post company site.

How do you handle my personal data?

By submitting any personal data to us, you agree that it will be handled in accordance with Russian Federal Law 152-FZ.

Warranty & Returns

Is there a warranty?

We offer 6 months warranty, from purchase date, on any manufacturing defect that may occur. Please note that our company has sole discretion to determine what qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

What is the return policy?

According to the Russian law, jewelry can only be returned in case of manufacturing defect, not later than 6 months after purchase. This applies to all of our items.

How can I return a product?

To request a return, email us at order@leta.st. Please include several photographs of your item and your order number. In the event of a return we will pay for all shipping costs. Once we receive the item, it will take us up to 5 business days to process a refund to your card or account.
