What shipping methods are available?

We use regular postal service for international orders and various courier services for domestic orders.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is typically free, although we offer “same day” paid upgrades in certain locations.

How long will it take to get my items?

Delivery terms depend on your country and city of residence. Here are some guidelines:

  • Europe and CIS: 4-12 days
  • United States: 1-2 weeks
  • The Rest of the World: 3-4 weeks
Is there a self-pickup?

The self-pickup option is currently available within CIS only. Your item can be collected at any of more than 1 000 CDEK offices across different countries and regions. Choose one at CDEK site and copy its address in a comment during the checkout process.

Payment

How do I pay?

Instead of international bank cards we temporary accept direct payment into our bank account by using either IBAN, ACH or SWIFT. Instructions will be sent in a separate e-mail after you create an order.

Can I pay upon delivery or self-pickup?

The option of paying upon delivery by cash or with your bank card is currently only available within CIS.

Orders & Accounts

How do I place an order?

Select an item and put it into the cart. When you press «Checkout», you will be asked you to enter your personal information including address and payment method. After pressing «Place order» button you will be redirected to the bank site, where payment will take place. Then, you will return to Leta where we will confirm that your payment went through.

How can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or change your order before it is shipped. After the order has been handed over to delivery, we cannot interact with the delivery process. As a rule, orders are dispatched within 1-2 days after a purchase is made.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Registration is not necessary but could help you to have a list of all your purchases in one place.

How do I track my order?

After your order is dispatched, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number. You’ll be able to track your order live, including its location of and processing status.

How do you handle my personal data?

By submitting any personal data to us, you agree that it will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Warranty & Returns

Is there a warranty?

We offer 12 months warranty, from purchase date, on any manufacturing defect that may occur. Please note that our company has sole discretion to determine what qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

What is the return policy?

According to the local law, jewelry can only be returned in case of manufacturing defect, no later than 6 months after purchase. We extend this to 12 months and this applies to all of our items.

How can I return a product?

To request a return, email us at order@leta.st. Please include several photographs of your item and your order number. In the event of a return due to manufacturing defect we will pay for all shipping costs. Once we receive the item, it will take us up to 5 business days to process a refund to your card or account.
